"Should I be worried about being a slave and being returned to slavery?"

"But what I need you to understand is the frustration that goes along when you say we live in the same world. It isn't balanced. And we would like it to be. But you have to understand, you have to listen to the fact that we're telling you, there are issues, there are huge problems that still affect us. And you've got to know this if you want to know us."

-------------------

[In addition to doing Paul Pelosi,] "I would do her (Nancy Pelosi) as well. But we should wait on that because you're still in office, I don't want to cause a problem."

-------------------

"I just thought it was interesting, because it seemed like a light went off in [Michael Vick's] head when he realized [dogfighting] was something that the entire country didn't appreciate, didn't like. This is part of his cultural upbringing."

--WHOOPI GOLDBERG

"I do believe the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel. I do believe that it defies physics for the World Trade Center Tower Seven, building seven, which collapsed in on itself, it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved, World Trade Center Seven. World Trade Center one and Two got hit by planes. Seven, miraculously, for the first time in history, steel was melted by fire. It is physically impossible."

"But to say that we don't know it was imploded, that there was implosion in the demolition, is beyond ignorant. Look at the film. Get a physics expert here from Yale, from Harvard. Pick the school. It defies reason."

-------------------

"But interesting with the British sailors, there were 15 British sailors and Marines who apparently went into Iranian waters and they were seized by the Iranians. And I have one thing to say: Gulf of Tonkin, Google it. Okay."

"Yes, but it’s very interesting too that, you know, these guys, they went into the water by mistake right at a time when British and American, you know, they're two, they’re pretty much our biggest ally and we're considering whether or not we should go into war with Iran."

-------------------

"Don't fear the terrorists. They're mothers and fathers."

-------------------

"[W]hen you compare what happened in Watergate to what happened now (Plame-gate), Watergate is like a tiny little rainstorm and this is like a tsunami."

"And just one second, radical Christianity is just as threatening as radical Islam in a country like America. ...[W]e are bombing innocent people in other countries. True or false?"

-------------------

"This President invaded a sovereign nation in defiance of the UN. He is basically a war criminal. Honestly. He should be tried at The Hague."

--ROSIE O'DONNELL

"I knew it was the last seven limoncellos that was going to get me... Numb nuts (President Bush)."

--DANNY DeVITO

"You know, we love him. We'll have [Danny DeVito] on again."

-------------------

"You know, Whoopi once told..., as she says, 'do Paul Newman." And I think she'd like to do your (Nancy Pelosi's) husband as well."

-------------------

"You know, when you meet [Hugo Chavez], when you see him in the navy blue suit and not the red shirt that he's in, um, he's passionate about his dislike for George Bush. He does like this country and he's passionate about his feelings about America. And he feels that with a new President, that we can be friends. He cares very much about poverty. He's a socialist. What he's trying to do for all of Latin America, you know, they've been trying to do it for years, is to eliminate poverty. But this is not the crazy man that we have heard."

--BARBARA WALTERS

I have a theory that you can’t find any saints any more because of psycho-tropic medication. I think that the old days the saints were hearing voices and they didn’t have any thorazine to calm them down. Now that we have all of this medication available to us, you can’t find a saint any more.

-------------------

"Scheduling conflict? What, were [the Republican presidential candidates] at a Klan meeting at the same time?"

-------------------

"I think it's, its not a coincidence that [Dick Cheney] has a blood clot this week, which is Spanish for, you know, I'm going to go down next so I think I'll retire... Who wouldn't have a blood clot after the lying that he did? Talk about a backup of blood!"

-------------------

"I don't know what it's going to take for people to really wake up and understand that [Bush and his administration] are liars and they are murderers."

-------------------

"You have to put like a Hitler type [on TIME's cover as Person of the Year]. Like, you put Donald Rumsfeld there or something."

--JOY BEHAR

"I had made a request that I be interviewed by (co-hosts) Joy (Behar), Barbara (Walters) or Whoopi (Goldberg), but not Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Unfortunately, the show was not willing to accommodate this simple request so I bowed out. It's really too bad because I've always been a big supporter of the show, but I cannot compromise my (pro-abortion) beliefs."

Barbara Walters:

Barbara Walters recently scored an exclusive interview with Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez. Here’s part of how she described the experience to Robin Roberts on Good Morning America:

You know, when you meet him, when you see him in the navy blue suit and not the red shirt that he's in, um, he's passionate about his dislike for George Bush.
